Return & Exchange Policy

We just want you to love the products you bjy from us. 

 

All products sold at ankitones.com is subject to rigourous quality checks before dispatch. As such, we do not envisage any issues with the products you receive. 

 

However, in the unforseen, rare situation that you receive wrong/damages, defective product, we offer a hassle free return and exchange policy. Please make a video recording of opening the parcel from its sealed courier bag so that in case there is any damage to the product, you can send us the video recording and get an exchange. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any request for return and exchange without the said video recording. 

 

We are happy to answer any questions related to Ankitones products but are unable to process any returns or refunds for any product purchased on or outside of ankitones.com 

 

Each piece ordered on Ankitones is made to order and the dimensions and images of pieces are displayed clearly. We cannot cancel an order once it is paid for.

 

Please follow these steps to avail of the exchange facility:

  1. You can email us at mail@ankitones.com within 2 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to exchange.
  2. Mail us the video recording of opening the parcel from its sealed courier bag along with the unedited continous clips of the defect in the product at the time of opening the parcel. 
  3. Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order. 
  4. We do not offer reverse pickup service for International orders where the address is outside of India. However, we will strive our best to rectify errors in case you receive wrong product. 
  5. Please hand over the product to our logistics partner when they come to your doorstep. Please note the product must be UNUSED. Also, the product tags should be intact with their original packing; else, we will not be able to process your return/exchange. Reverse pickup usually takes 1-3 days from the day the request is initiated.
  6. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
  7. Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue you either a store credit in the form of a Gift Card that will be emailed to your original order email address / a new product depending on availability with us. The Gift Card will have an expiry of 30 days. 

 

** Customised orders, worn products cannot be returned or exchanged.

** Product tags and the original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange.
