In case, such unboxing video shows a damaged/ defective/ wrong product being delivered to you, we will get the product picked up and send a replacement product without any additional charges being incurred by the customer.

Size Issues : The Evolution Bracelet comes with 2 different sizes of bracelet extender chains and is designed to fit all sizes and can be worn as snug or as loose as per the comfort of the wearer. As such we don’t envisage any issues with sizing of this product. We won’t be able to offer any returns or exchanges of this bracelet for such issues.
